Job Description: Construction Economic Analyst

Company: A reputable architecture firm is in search of a Construction Economic Analyst (m/f) to enhance their team.

About Us

This firm is dedicated to public sector projects, focusing primarily on contracts within this domain.

Employment Type: Full-time permanent role, 35 hours distributed over 4.5 days

Requirements: A valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Healthcare benefits at 50%

Annual performance-based bonus

Role

As part of a collaborative team of 6, which includes 3 architects, a construction economist, an assistant, and a drafter, you will work closely with an architect. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting economic assessments for construction and renovation initiatives
  • Ensuring the technical viability of projects
  • Preparing essential project documentation
  • Evaluating construction proposals and selecting appropriate equipment
  • Keeping abreast of industry regulations and developments
  • Offering technical assistance to clients as required

Moreover, you will monitor on-site project advancements to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the operations.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should possess a degree in construction economics or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.

Familiarity with ArchiCAD, BIM Office, and MS Project is a plus.
