As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our global IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap, aligned with CEVA's global strategic business goals and priorities.
- Lead the group IT landscape architecture roadmap, ensuring IT infrastructure and operations are correctly implemented and compliant with group standards.
- Collaborate with zone teams to ensure IT infrastructure and operations are correctly implemented and compliant with group standards.
- Build a high-performing global IT team, driven by ambitious and result-oriented goals, and supports continuous improvement objectives.
- Manage group IT infrastructure project portfolio and technical delivery roadmap.
- Commit to the scope, budget, resources, and timeline for group IT technology services projects.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 15+ years of IT technology leadership experience in a strong multicultural context.
- Proven track record of leading IT transformation initiatives, with a focus on digital transformation and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior managers and across all levels and geographies.
