Job Description

We're seeking a talented Junior Brand and Design Project Manager to join our Global Brand team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in translating brand marketing strategies into impactful and innovative creatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop brand guidelines aligned with our brand platform #Brandidentity
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across the acquisition funnel #Brandformance
  • Adapt brand and content campaigns to meet our marketing objectives #Brandcampaign
  • Infuse brand messages and values into our product #Brandvalue
Your Tasks
  • Perform end-to-end project management, assisting the design project manager on all missions
  • Assign projects to creative talents, including internal and freelance teams, with budget allocation
  • Develop and share briefs to the creative team
  • Ensure timely delivery of all produced assets within budget constraints
  • Manage content rights in collaboration with our creative agencies
  • Collaborate daily with designers and copywriters
Performance Monitoring
  • Orchestrate brand presence across the acquisition funnel, including advertising, social media, performance, and PR materials
  • Coordinate with the online acquisition team to anticipate their needs and optimize creative assets
  • Organize Creative Days to produce innovative concepts, consistent with acquisition requirements and best practices
  • Manage asset adaptation with our design freelance pool for our brands, markets, and publishers
Transversal Missions
  • Set up a daily watch of competitors and main digital actors, translating insights into inspirations for our team
  • Conduct analytics and reports on asset production
  • Participate in process development with our team and other teams to optimize and smoothen our workflow and collaboration
  • Share creative identity assets

Your Profile

We're looking for a business, communication, marketing, or advertisement student with a bac +4/5 training and a first internship in communication or marketing. You should be creative, well-organized, and ready to learn. Fluency in English and French is required.
