Position: Rental Management Specialist

In this position, you will collaborate with the leading real estate network in Nord Pas de Calais: the Square Habitat Nord de France network, which comprises 86 agencies and 530 experts proficient in all facets of real estate mediation. Square Habitat Nord de France undertakes a variety of tasks to cater to client requirements, including property sales, management services, asset advisory, and real estate financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rental operations within the agency.
• Serve as a liaison between property owners and tenants.
• Manage the complete rental process from initial outreach to lease finalization.
• Meet individual performance goals related to revenue, mandates, and rental agreements.
