We are seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Manager to join our team at Sidetrade. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to information security. The role involves assessing and improving the organization's security posture, conducting audits, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. The analyst works closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards, laws, and regulations. The key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2, and PCI DSS requirements. The candidate will also conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, frameworks, and best practices. Additionally, the candidate will manage and coordinate the remediation of identified gaps, issues, or incidents related to information security compliance. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in an information security compliance-related role. The candidate should also have ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ISO 27001 Internal Auditor qualifications, and strong working knowledge of information security compliance frameworks, standards, and best practices, including ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS, and NIST. The candidate should also have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing a global Information Security Management System and deep knowledge and experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 and SOC 1/2 frameworks are also required.
