About the Role:

As a Bilingual Early Childhood Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and guiding a group of young children through a variety of developmental activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for both parents and children
  • Designing and implementing daily activities tailored to the children's needs in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Exhibiting initiative and dedication to fostering bilingualism
  • Overseeing nap times to ensure a restful environment
  • Assisting with essential childcare tasks such as feeding, changing, and settling children for sleep
  • Maintaining the physical and emotional well-being of the children at all times
  • Participating in team meetings and, when necessary, engaging with parents
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and psychologists
  • Contributing to celebrations and the decoration of the nursery
  • Helping to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the facilities and equipment
  • Engaging in ongoing training and professional development

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a CAP Petite Enfance or a BEP sanitaire et social qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursery setting is preferred
  • Attributes such as autonomy, patience, enthusiasm, and creativity are essential for success in this position
  • A strong sense of intercultural awareness is highly valued
