We are seeking a skilled Pension Specialist to join our team at Sectra Canada Inc. As a Pension Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in managing medical images.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver web-based and on-site training to ensure customers have the skills and tools necessary to optimize the use of our solutions.
- Support customers from beginning to end, and even beyond, to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success with our solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent with a strong academic performance.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbally and written.
- A strong interest in usability and medical IT.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
