Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Demonstrator Supervisor to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Lafayette Bordeaux, France. As a Sales Demonstrator Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the store operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the store meets its profit and loss targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store profit and loss targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and District Manager to achieve sales and operational goals
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and maintains the brand image
- Manage stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Organize and conduct stock takes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading a small team and managing sales performance
