Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a full-time Bilingual Secretary with French and English language skills to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Team Leader Secretaries, you will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reception and Telephone Support: Provide English and French language support to our clients and external visitors.
- Collaboration with Directors and Departments: Work closely with Directors of Studies and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Scientific Report Management: Prepare, edit, and send scientific reports, with 80% in English, and maintain accurate records.
- Mail and Package Management: Handle mail, receive and distribute packages, and manage photocopying and binding tasks.
- Quality System Improvement: Contribute to the overall improvement of our quality system.
Requirements
- Professional Qualifications: BAC pro in Secretariat
- Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience as a Medical Secretary, preferably in a scientific and international context (not mandatory)
- Language Skills: Good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking)
- Microsoft Office Skills: Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Personal Qualities: Rigorous, dynamic, and strong interpersonal skills
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
