Entity Manager

At ARCHIMED, we are seeking an experienced Entity Manager to join our Funds Finance team. As an Entity Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our entities, including the collection of legal documentation, coordination with Conducting Officers, and preparation of quarterly valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and maintain legal documentation, structure charts, and cap tables from holding companies
  • Coordinate with Conducting Officers in Luxembourg for monitoring and valuations
  • Collaborate with Fund Finance teams to prepare quarterly valuations
  • Monitor operational activities of new entities, including accounting service providers, banks, and auditors
  • Coordinate with deals teams ahead of closing, reviewing fund flows and legal documentation
  • Ensure board maintenance, minute archiving, and composition monitoring
  • Participate in boards of Luxembourg entities, collecting and analyzing news from portfolio companies
  • Participate in annual closing of Luxembourg entities and review of financial appendixes and analytical accounting
  • Collect annual accounts of all entities
  • Participate in PICs and ICs to monitor dealflow and coordinate with Fund Finance teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, Private Equity, or Financial Services
  • Strong accounting and financial skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, also ideally in French
