The Role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments of all financial commitments.
- Manage accounts receivable tasks, including generating invoices, obtaining client deposits, and finalizing payments upon project completion.
- Classify all credit card and bank transactions in QuickBooks to ensure precise financial documentation.
- Engage with clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction from the approval of estimates to the completion of payments.
- Administer and oversee company subscriptions, warranties, and financing for equipment.
- Act as the internal liaison, coordinating activities between various departments and managing our CRM platform.
The Candidate
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in QuickBooks and a background in financial record management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, along with proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and project oversight.
