Global Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Performance Analyst to join our team in Ground and Rail. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for leading the analytical capability and improving existing tools and processes to support both Solution Design and the improvement of existing business profitability.
Primary focus will be to design and implement profitability models and pricing dashboards at local level, across regions. Additionally, you will maintain and improve central profitability workflow and dashboard, allowing a global view on customer/shipment performances.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement country-specific profitability models within Dataiku DSS
- Develop/improve local pricing tools to maximize new business wins and renewals (cost model, pricing model)
- Build analytical models to support deep analysis on contract, transactional, and operational data to support fact-based decisions
- Analyze deviations between expected and actuals
- Analyze revenue leakages (rates, accessorials, surcharges)
- A minimum of 5+ years experience as pricing analyst in road transportation
- Strong knowledge of road transport operations (incl. capacity model dynamics) (FTL/partial loads, Groupage Network) is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- Proficiency in data science (e.g. Dataiku DSS, Alteryx) / BI tools is a must
- Excellent communication skills, English is a must
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Adaptable, can-do attitude and resilient. Good project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems
