About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our team at Java Script Works. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontend engineers and driving the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of frontend engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
  2. Drive the delivery of frontend projects and ensure that quality is shipped on time and on scope.
  3. Establish and maintain engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, backend, and mobile engineers, to deliver feature teams.
  5. Contribute to the development of the team's operating system and improve processes and tools.
Requirements
  1. At least four years of experience in software engineering using a frontend JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
  2. Experience as a manager or leader, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.
  3. Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of frontend engineering principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
