Job Summary:

Vitesco Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Controller to join our team at the Foix location. As a key member of our operational controlling activities, you will be responsible for providing critical financial and operational insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress
  • Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making, particularly on product profitability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the controlling department
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational controlling activities, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis and operational controlling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills, with German and French language skills a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and Office Suite (Advanced Excel), with experience in Knime and Power BI a plus
