About the Role

As the Digital Design Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SoCs. You will lead a talented team of engineers, guiding them in the design and development of cutting-edge digital circuits for spaceborne applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and mentor a team of digital design engineers
  • Define and implement the team's digital design strategy and methodology
  • Oversee all aspects of the digital design process, from concept to implementation
  • Ensure adherence to design standards and best practices
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong and proven background in ASIC design engineering, proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers in digital design, knowledge of the end-to-end digital design process, and in-depth knowledge of digital design methodologies and tools (Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL coding). A strong understanding of verification and test methodologies is also essential.

We offer a permanent contract (CDI) and a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home. If you are a passionate leader with a proven track record in digital design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
