Job Description: Civil Works Supervisor - Earthworks & Road Construction
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Works Supervisor to join our client's team. Reporting directly to management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion.
- Provide meticulous oversight of all technical, administrative, and budgetary aspects of assigned projects.
- Effectively manage external resources, including subcontractors, to optimize project delivery and maintain seamless operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate equipment placement and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and maximize productivity.
- Supervise stock storage areas and implement robust inventory management systems.
- Develop and manage staff schedules, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring project timelines are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Building or Civil Works specialization) with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry. A minimum of 4 years of specific experience in Earthworks or Road Construction is essential.
