Chief Manufacturing Officer & Supply Chain

Walker Cole International is collaborating with a Gene Therapy biotechnology firm to appoint a Chief Manufacturing Officer & Supply Chain. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Manufacturing, MSAT, and Supply Operations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a premier MSAT process and strategic framework.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team dedicated to Supply Chain and Manufacturing excellence.
  • Facilitate all production and distribution initiatives to create both short-term and long-term operational plans across the organization.
  • Forge and nurture enduring partnerships with contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs).
  • Drive board-level strategy for the Supply Operations division on a worldwide basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biological Sciences.
  • Relevant industry experience in biopharmaceuticals, ATMPs, Gene Therapy, and/or Cell Therapy.
  • Significant background in Product Supply, External Supply, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Proven history of successful global product launches is a plus.
