Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Seafood Specialist to join our team at Cora France. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our seafood products while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the stock and rotation of fresh seafood products, ensuring optimal shelf life and presentation.
• Receive and verify deliveries of seafood, checking for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate product placement on shelves, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in promotional activities related to seafood, assisting with displays and customer engagement.
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of all seafood products.
• Implement strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer assistance, answering questions about seafood varieties and preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail area, adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational training or certification in the field of seafood handling and processing.
• Prior experience working in a similar role within a retail environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations pertaining to seafood.
