**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Hospital Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the pharmacy supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products to our hospital units.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize the use of resources and improve the overall efficiency of the pharmacy supply chain.
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and be registered with the relevant professional body.
• Have a strong background in pharmacy management and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
