B2B Sales Engineer - H/F

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate a varied client base across multiple sectors (Industry, Telecommunications, Urban and Road Infrastructure, Environmental Services)
  • Oversee, engage, and maintain the existing client portfolio within your designated region
  • Adhere to pricing strategies and margin guidelines
  • Understand client requirements to propose optimal solutions
  • Draft quotations and manage the sales process until orders are finalized
  • Collaborate with Administrative, Engineering, and Technical teams
  • Track and ensure timely payment collections
  • Generate comprehensive activity reports (client interactions, competitor insights, sales forecasts)
Location: Based near MORNANT (69) with travel commitments every third week to expand markets in ILE DE FRANCE, RHONE ALPES, and SOUTHWEST regions.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum BAC+2 education with relevant experience as a B2B Sales Representative, including internships
  • Genuine interest in technical products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and flexible
  • Proactive, responsive, and focused on customer satisfaction
Compensation: Base salary plus commission
Additional Benefits: Company vehicle, toll pass, annual performance bonus.
