We are seeking a dynamic and human-sized law firm for one of our clients: a Business Lawyer (Advisory & Litigation) for a permanent position.

In order to develop the firm's activity, the Business Lawyer will support the lawyer on all client issues in advisory and litigation:

• Contract Management: drafting, negotiation, and analysis of contracts, including civil and commercial leases, business transfers, and other agreements.
• Corporate Law: daily management of clients' companies, including creation, dissolution, legal secretariat, convening and organization of general meetings, drafting minutes, and formalities, as well as more exceptional operations such as major transactions, asset and liability guarantees, share transfers, and universal partnership formation.
• Case Law Research: conducting thorough research and analysis of relevant case law.
• Litigation Support: supporting in civil and commercial litigation, including drafting of conclusions and mastering of litigation procedures.

Profile: For this position, we are looking for someone with a Higher Education in Business Law, and with a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a similar role.
