Role Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in emergency and critical care environments, employing advanced clinical expertise to navigate complex medical scenarios.
- Evaluating, triaging, and monitoring patient conditions, promptly executing suitable interventions in partnership with the healthcare team.
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures accurately while adhering to established guidelines, ensuring patient safety and optimal results.
- Keeping precise and comprehensive patient records, documenting all care activities, evaluations, and treatment responses.
- Instructing patients and their families regarding health issues, treatment strategies, and post-discharge care, creating a supportive and informed atmosphere.
- Willingness to work in the U.S. This role requires on-site presence in the U.S. Specific location details will be shared during the interview process.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital with a minimum capacity of 100 beds
- Prior experience in Emergency or Medical-Surgical settings is preferred
- Relevant areas of expertise: ICU, Medical Surgical, Emergency Room, Operating Room, CCU
- Current RN License is mandatory
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required
- Strong clinical competencies and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Must have successfully completed or be in the process of completing the US NCLEX.
