Global Supply Chain Solutions Director

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences, operating across three continents. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions and SAP Execution.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our global supply chain team, driving standardization and implementation of processes across all sites, divisions, and business units. You will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability of processes in SAP, training users and subject matter experts, and maintaining appropriate documentation.

• Assess supply chain processes across sites and divisions/business units
• Develop and implement action plans to address gaps and improve processes
• Support the SAP E2E Execution Blueprint Certification Program to achieve certification
• Understand supply chain and SAP issues, recommending solutions that align with standard practices
• Address audit findings and observations, and fix site issues in collaboration with IT
• Standardize and harmonize processes, developing and aligning new processes for roll-out and training
• Ensure integrated processes across divisions are harmonized, and write SOPs/WI for roll-out and training
• Lead and plan help needed at a site, liaising and mobilizing with the site

• Degree in life sciences with a strong supply chain background and experience in a site environment
• At least several years of work experience in multiple supply chain site functions, with a focus on planning, execution, and logistics processes
• SME in SAP/SAPS/4Hana is a plus, and APICS CPIM professional standards are required
• Ability to establish and track project delivery, handle multiple global and complex projects simultaneously, and identify and resolve conflicts
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• Proven ability to lead up and influence, coach people at all hierarchy levels, and demonstrate self-starting and hands-on quality
