At Stellantis, we are transforming into a mobility technology leader. We are establishing a new benchmark in digital experiences and connected services, encompassing Data, AI, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and electrification. We seek a dedicated Chief System Architect within our End-to-End architecture group, who will oversee the comprehensive architecture of our Cloud automotive services system. This system integrates all cloud functionalities pertinent to automotive services, including OTA updates, data collection and storage, remote features, and user and vehicle authorization. You will have technical oversight across all contributing domains and functions.
- Drive strategic trade-offs to achieve a best-in-class system architecture.
- Ensure thorough identification of all stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Focus on reuse and cost optimization in system design.
- Guarantee end-to-end consistency across all systems.
- Facilitate a rapid, iterative flow from product conception to design, development, and deployment.
In this role, you will leverage and support the deployment of software-defined vehicles, expediting the delivery of new features to customers through OTA updates. You will advocate for cutting-edge methodologies and tools. Your enthusiasm for various automotive technology domains, coupled with your natural ability to lead cross-functional teams, is essential. Your skill in negotiating with experts from diverse fields and articulating complex subjects to executives is critical. You are committed to continuous learning about emerging technologies and enhancing our operational methods in a global context, accommodating various cultures and time zones.
Basic Qualifications:- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a complex industrial or IT environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of connected features.
- Proven ability to implement the V-model process.
- Expertise in Systems Architecture.
- Familiarity with functional and system-related standards.
- Knowledge of model-based systems engineering.
- Understanding of system simulation methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development practices.
