Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Liaise with global and local HR teams to operationalize best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for HR queries, including employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance and develop skills.
- Support the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Oversee and deliver the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including advising and supporting managers through employee relations issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
