As a vital member of our team, you will engage in administrative functions associated with overseeing member accounts and various support services provided to our members.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting administrative oversight of accounts to ensure transaction accuracy
  • Collaborating with the Economic Relations Officer to assess risks and manage collection cases
  • Tracking commitments made by members, including follow-ups, payment methods, and guarantees
  • Administering diverse payment options (drafts, bank transfers, guarantees) and securing guarantees (warrants, assignments of claims)
  • Monitoring loans issued by the Cooperative or financial institutions and reconciling monthly with the accounting division
  • Offering recommendations for the continuous enhancement of services
