The Innovation Project Manager Role

The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing innovation roadmap & projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and CEVA innovation eco-system to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Transitioning projects to an industrialized version, coordinating innovation launch calendars, and ensuring support and alignment.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Partnering and galvanizing a community of internal catalysts to drive innovative projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments and incorporating best practices into innovation projects.
  • Facilitating ideation workshops on key sector/technological trends with internal and external players to detect disruptive ideas.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Project Manager with:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Project and Product Management Qualifications.
  • Fluent English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing innovation projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications.
  • Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Change Management Experience.
  • Operational Excellence knowledge.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
