Uptoo, a leading recruitment agency specializing in commercial and sales professionals, is seeking a skilled Commercial Terrain candidate to join our team.

We are looking for a Commercial Terrain professional to cover a significant part of the Île-de-France region (75, 95, 93, 77, 92) and the Hauts-de-France region.
Your Role
As a Commercial Terrain specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and prospecting new potential clients;
- Developing and maintaining an existing client portfolio through rigorous commercial follow-up;
- Presenting our product ranges and negotiating favorable sales conditions for all parties;
- Monitoring the competition and adapting our commercial strategy accordingly;
- Collaborating with our technical and administrative teams to optimize sales and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Managing administrative tasks related to your activities (planning organization, CRM updates, reporting).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in commercial sales, particularly in a BtoB environment;
- Excellent prospecting skills, with the ability to increase sales and grow your revenue;
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to quickly and easily re-establish contact with existing clients;
- Persistence and tenacity, essential for success in our sector;
- Autonomy, organization, and meticulousness in managing your missions.
