Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Manager Assistant Intern to join our Merger Arbitrage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing the weekly investment meeting
- Screening new arbitrage opportunities
- Contributing to the analysis of deals and attending investment committees
- Monitoring the portfolio and the strategy environment
- Interacting with other teams (middle office, risks, compliance, marketing,...)
- Research and Development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent academic background from a top-tier university or business school
- Solid skills in financial analysis and corporate finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation with a proactive attitude
