Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and diagnosis of defects or malfunctions in electronic products.
  • Create and validate comprehensive test records to document findings.
  • Troubleshoot complex electronic cards and finished products to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage the production flow of both new and after-sales products efficiently.
  • Execute rigorous testing procedures on intricate electronic products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Maintain meticulous quality documentation and monitor production processes closely.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on test benches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide comprehensive training to operators on the proper use of test benches.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products and test benches into the workflow.
  • Optimize the organization and layout of test bench areas for efficiency.
  • Regularly report to supervisors on any encountered issues, proposed improvements, and project updates.
  • Participate in cross-functional quality audits to ensure adherence to established standards.

    • Demonstrated mastery of various test processes and methodologies.
    • Proven ability to effectively handle and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
    • Strong understanding and adherence to production guidelines and quality standards.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to product compliance.
