We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with HAD experience to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a night shift position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Care Services: Conduct daily prescribed technical care services, adhering to hygiene standards, best practices, and medical protocols.
- Nursing Procedures: Perform technical nursing procedures while maintaining comprehensive documentation of all activities and procedures performed.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient parameters per schedule, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Medication Administration: Ensure proper administration of medications following medical prescriptions.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on technical procedures included in the therapeutic project.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- State Registered Nurse Diploma: Possess a valid State Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Experience in Home Care: Prior experience in home care is preferred.
