Safety Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Analyst to join our team at Noordzee Helikopters Vlaanderen. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our operations and compliance with aviation regulations.

1. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of group policies and procedures.
2. Develop and maintain the Safety Management System, ensuring seamless interaction with other departments.
3. Provide safety occurrence report management and support the risk management process.
4. Compile and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) and safety performance reports.
5. Support business development and tender preparations, ensuring safety requirements are met.
6. Engage in emergency response activities, including training exercises.
7. Generate safety information notices, bulletins, and newsletters for internal distribution.
8. Conduct safety induction training for new employees.
9. Document control and review of safety-related documentation.
10. Administer safety meetings and produce meeting minutes.

1. Proven previous aviation experience in a similar role is an advantage.
2. ICT literacy, including aviation software and MS Office.
3. Proficiency in English (professional level).
4. Ability to follow company procedures and processes.
5. Proven safety experience and knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS principles and practices).
6. Understanding of Aviation Regulations.
7. Excellent communication and organization skills.
