Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complaint management across various departments: establish tools to effectively address complaints within set timelines.
  • Documentation management: refine processes between departments, clarify communication channels and relationships.
  • Engage in performance enhancement and simplification initiatives: develop monitoring tools, manage sensitive complaints.
  • Lead project initiatives: enhance existing information systems, facilitate performance workshops, oversee action plans, and manage cross-departmental projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Self-sufficient and meticulous.
  • Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with project management tools.

Position Requirements:

  • Contract Type: apprenticeship or professionalization contract (to be confirmed).
  • Duration: 12 to 24 months, full-time commitment.
