Job Title: Technical Services Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 20 technicians and suppliers to ensure the implementation of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assure the safety of the village and its occupants in case of fire.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive interventions to prevent equipment failures.
- Coordinate repairs during resort closures.
- Apply Club Med's hygiene and safety procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks and financial results for technical services.
- Develop and train team members to ensure their integration and growth within the village team.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and management.
- Fluent English mandatory, knowledge of French a plus.
- Diploma in maintenance or technical services, thermal engineering (level 3).
What We Offer:
Seasonal contract with a fixed salary and bonus structure. Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, plus other benefits.
Location: Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).
