As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Design for Test strategy for complex System-on-Chip FPGAs across various technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the DFT strategy for complex SoCs, ensuring seamless integration and verification.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams to develop and maintain a robust DFT flow throughout the design cycle.
- Participate in SoC design, verification, test, validation, implementation, and architecture reviews.
- Document, implement, verify, and debug DFT integration, ensuring high-quality results.
- Understand system problematic and ensure constraints are taken into consideration during the specification phase.
- Proven experience working as a DFT Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer / Digital Design Engineer / Verification Engineer.
- Experience in RTL simulation/verification and associated environments.
- Bonus points for tenacity in debugging simulations, scripts, and test logs.
