Our French Office

Our French office is composed of nearly 320 employees and is based in Grenoble, France. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with the local Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Applied Materials' growth.

Your Main Missions

  • Define the recruitment need in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates for our local open positions.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies to create a pipeline.
  • Set up interviews and track the recruitment process to offer candidates a positive candidate experience.
  • Work on employer branding projects to impact Applied Materials' attractivity.
  • Organize and participate in Campus activities (forums, presentations,...).
  • Depending on your preferences, you will also get the opportunity to work on various HR projects.

Your Profile

  • You are currently in a Master's degree in HR or Business school.
  • You are able to work in both French and English.
  • You are willing to work in an international context.
  • You have communication skills, and want to learn recruitment skills (sourcing, interviewing, campus management,...).
