Key Responsibilities:- Adopt a continuous improvement approach and deploy Lean management tools in the field
- Lead continuous improvement projects on the workshop's military production line
- Reference and characterise workstations, highlighting areas of weakness and proposing action plans
- Analyse causes of non-quality and propose corrective actions
- Create support documents for mechanics, including training aids and ranges
- Minimum intermediate level of English (B1-B2)
- IT environment in English
- Microsoft 365 suite, with proficiency in Excel and Macro-VBA a plus
- Knowledge of main principles of Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
