The Senior Tech Lead for Source to Pay will be responsible for guiding technical teams in best practices for SAP ERP technical implementation, ensuring appropriate technical design in compliance with architecture standards. You will also create the conditions for your technology team to identify and document necessary elements for systems setup, securing on-time, on-quality, and on-budget implementation.
As a key member of our team, you will provide oversight of Functional and Technical team members, mobilize, animate, and support them on a day-to-day basis, securing the best conditions in terms of collaboration and skills development. You will also create and activate relevant bridges with other teams.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in engineering or business school, 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and procurement processes, and extensive experience of large-scale implementation delivery methodology. You should also have SAP knowledge and be fluent in English, with French and Spanish being appreciated but not mandatory.
