Job Title: Facilities and Logistics Manager
UNAF is seeking a proficient Facilities and Logistics Manager to lead the upkeep and logistical operations across multiple locations. This role involves collaboration with various departments and external partners to guarantee efficient functioning of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities for diverse supplies and services
- Manage the upkeep of company vehicles and coordinate logistics operations
- Administer property management duties, including leasing agreements and maintenance tasks
- Supervise mail services and manage document organization
- Plan and oversee maintenance, cleaning, and supply procurement activities
- Facilitate office relocations and manage archiving systems
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and supervise security measures
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; BTS in maintenance is advantageous
- Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Strong technical and administrative competencies are essential
- Familiarity with digital and office tools is required
Contract:
Full-time permanent position
Work Hours: 33 hours per week, potentially spread over 4 or 5 days
Main Location: Orléans, with potential travel across the region
Salary: Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualifications
