This internship offers a remarkable opportunity to acquire essential skills and insights into hotel project management. You will collaborate with a vibrant and cooperative team engaged in tangible projects, laying a robust groundwork for a future career in this domain. With a global footprint and over 6000 skilled professionals worldwide, we remain close to the markets we invest in and our clientele. Schroders is guided by a long-term vision that shapes our investment strategies and client interactions.
The Project Management division oversees all hotel properties within the organization, both domestically and internationally (including Italy, Poland, Belgium, Germany, and Spain). Each project manager is responsible for 3 to 5 projects at various stages of development. Projects encompass energy renovations, energy assessments, sustainability efforts, and environmental enhancements for the hotel portfolio. Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Sustainability, or a related discipline
- Prior internship experience in real estate or hospitality
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Genuine interest in the hospitality and accommodation sector
- Eagerness to gain experience in project management with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluency in an additional European language is a plus
