Position Overview:
We are looking for a Mechanic Supervisor to oversee our operations in the equipment rental sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to guarantee the safety, functionality, and presentation of rental equipment, while effectively managing workshop activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform on-site repairs as needed, and supervise subcontractor work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Team Leadership: Organize and schedule the workshop team's tasks, collaborate with the equipment park manager for weekly inspections, and identify training needs for team members.
- Workshop Administration: Prepare estimates and purchase orders, ensure the quality of received parts and services, coordinate scheduled maintenance and compliance checks with clients, maintain accurate records of workshop activities, and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a technical qualification (BEP/BAC Pro/BTS) and have prior experience in a similar supervisory role. A strong background in technical maintenance, along with expertise in construction equipment and a commitment to customer service, will be essential for success in this position.
