Senior Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Wearerighello. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage architectural projects, overseeing design development and ensuring project goals are met within budget and on time.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects.
- Develop project proposals and budgets.
- Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and codes.
- Contribute to the development of studio-wide policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
