Camo Emploi is seeking a Skilled Educator / Youth Support Worker (M/F) to contribute to the well-being of children in a residential setting. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to children
  • Assist in addressing all facets of the children's daily requirements (education, health, recreation, autonomy, social interaction) in partnership with the educational team
  • Create personalized development plans for each child and uphold professional documentation standards
  • Engage with social service partners
  • Plan and implement educational, cultural, and social initiatives for the youth in our care

Applicants should hold a State Diploma in Special Education (DEES) or Youth Work (DEME) and possess a solid understanding of child protection matters. Essential skills for this role include effective teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Candidates should also demonstrate strong writing, observation, listening, and leadership skills, along with the capability to navigate complex situations. A commitment to collaborating with families and various stakeholders, as well as adaptability, will be highly regarded.
