About the Role- Lead the planning and execution of events and productions, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
- Manage a team of technical staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain technical plans, SOPs, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the success of events and productions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of professional technical live event production experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of AV and Events technicians at varying levels.
- Ability to operate equipment and software to support streaming, Video Conferencing, Local Audio Reinforcement, Video Technologies, and more.
- Understanding of clients' streaming tools and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse team.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
