Key Responsibilities- Audit of General Partners (Luxbg/NL): List of funds, remuneration, bases, and rules of sharing. Drafting of the operating memo: definition of rules based on existing funds (remuneration, capitalistic holding, reporting...). Analysis of the need for substance. Clarification/revision of the process for calculating GP remuneration: review and roles of different teams, harmonization...
- Financial Control: Update memo Fee structure. Conceptualization of fee structures and contract follow-up. Audit of funds/domestic and foreign mandates: definition of the control and governance process to be implemented, data flow, review/multi-party control. Participation in the Business Line follow-up process: actual and forecast P&L on a defined perimeter (e.g., Crown).
- Participation in the definition of IT tool requirements: Support for the definition of the accounting tool source parameterization for the calculation of the Fee sharing of distribution. For the POC, documentation of the need, solution, and restitution. Audit of calculation nodes for Contribution to Profitability.
- Any other ad hoc study that may be proposed in accordance with operational needs within FBP.
