- Oversee a designated portfolio of employees, ensuring smooth operations and addressing their needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, organizational abilities, teamwork orientation, and a strong understanding of HR administration principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Prior experience in personnel management and familiarity with social security collective agreements are highly desirable.
