    • Provide guidance and support to both employees and managers on individual HR matters.
    • Oversee a designated portfolio of employees, ensuring smooth operations and addressing their needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, organizational abilities, teamwork orientation, and a strong understanding of HR administration principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Prior experience in personnel management and familiarity with social security collective agreements are highly desirable.
