Job Opportunity at Agap2

We are seeking a skilled Method Engineer/Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Agap2. As a key member of our Taskforce, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our metalurgic site, which is one of the most automated in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-10 years of experience in method engineering or maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
