Job Title: Seasonal Receptionist
Hyatt Regency Nice France, a luxury hotel located on the iconic Promenade des Anglais, is seeking a talented individual to join our front office department as a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of the reception manager to provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Utilize proficiency in hotel software Opera to efficiently manage guest interactions.
- Assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay in our luxurious 5-star hotel.
Requirements:
- Work collaboratively with a team of 12 individuals to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide fluency in French and English to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
