To facilitate our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative Finance Business Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership:
  • Manage the budgeting and reforecasting processes across all global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
  • Develop financial reporting and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Oversee revenue streams and implement cost control measures to enhance financial performance.
  • Business Partnering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations that enhance business performance.
  • Actively engage with the business to challenge and support initiatives aimed at driving performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Team and Process Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of three business controllers, ensuring they provide effective support to key departments.
  • Spearhead initiatives to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree in Finance from a recognized business or engineering school.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in financial modeling techniques.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with process automation and advanced analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan, NetSuite, and Alteryx is beneficial.
  • A keen interest in Artificial Intelligence is an asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required, along with experience in an international setting.
