Job Title: Restaurant Bartender

At Accor, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Restaurant Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with beverage menu items, offering recommendations and answering questions in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
  • Mix drinks and manage beverage stock according to guidelines, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Stay up-to-date with beverage lists, promotions, and menu items, providing expert knowledge to guests.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent knowledge of all beverage products, including spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Previous point of sale system experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift, with frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
